I Didn’t get an order confirmation?

Order confirmations are sent out automatically, so please do check your junk folder/Spam folder for any emails from us.

When will you dispatch my order?

We aim to dispatch orders before 11am, so if you order is placed after this time, it will go out the following day.(excluding weekends and Bank Holidays)

When will I get a tracking number?

A tracking number should automatically apply to your order 1 or 2 days after your order is confirmed. For large bulky item’s this can take a couple of days depending on the courier used.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are automatically emailed out to you once the system has been updated with it, you can also find a tracking number by logging into your account and selecting the order in question.
