Your Right To Cancel Your Order under the Consumer Contracts

You have the right to cancel your order under these regulations. However, this cancellation right does not apply to personalised products, perishable goods, audio & video recordings and computer software which has been opened and goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if they are unsealed after delivery. The cancellation period will expire 30 days after the goods are received by you or by a third party nominated by you to receive the goods. If your order is for multiple goods for separate delivery, the cancellation period will end 14 days after receipt of the last item. You must clearly communicate your decision to cancel to us before the end of the cancellation period. If you cancel, we will reimburse any payment received, including the standard delivery charge, by the original means of payment. Where the goods have not been delivered, the reimbursement will be made within 30 days of the cancellation. Where the goods have been delivered, the reimbursement will be made within 14 days of us receiving the goods back or us receiving evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier. You are responsible for returning the goods to us if you cancel under these Regulations. If you use our courier to return the goods, you will be responsible for the cost of the return. In such cases, we will deduct the delivery charge from your refund so that you do not have to make a further payment of the collection charge. Additionally, we may make a deduction for any loss in value of the goods arising from any unnecessary handling by you.

Any damages or faults with any items need to be relayed to us within 2 working days of receipt of goods. Any noticeable damage caused by a courier should be refused on delivery therefore sent back to us by the courier or you will need to email us within 24hrs so we can arrange the courier to collect and have the damage assessed. Full refunds including postage costs will be refunded for any items damaged in transit or upon receipt. For these items it will may be necessary to email us photographic evidence of damage packaging and contents.

We offer a 30 day cancellation policy on all items unless otherwise stated. The item in question must be returned to us as new and in its original packaging. Some of our large bulky or expensive items, may be subject to a manufacturer’s restocking fee of 25% of the items cost, please ask if you are unsure. All return requests must be emailed to us within 30 days and to aid us with our customer service we do ask for a reason if possible. If you have purchased flat packed furniture we cannot accept returns if the item has been assembled so please check all panels and contents before attempting to assemble the item. All goods that are
returned to us will be checked on arrival to make sure they are as new, and only then will we process your full refund.
