This is our oak lamp table.

It is a small, round piece of furniture built to hold a lamp and a mug of tea without wobbling. We do not use flimsy cardboard or fake wood wraps here, so it has got some weight to it. If your kids or pets run into it, it will stay put.

It will scratch if you drag keys across the top.

That is just what real wood does, so use a coaster. We put a slightly raised lip around the edge so your pens or cups do not slide off if you nudge the table in the dark.

It comes fully assembled.

We do not think you want to spend your Saturday afternoon arguing over flat-pack instructions. We build it in our workshop, box it up, and send it to you ready to go. Just make sure you measure your space before ordering because it is 50cm wide.

How do I clean this table?
Just wipe it with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemical sprays or you will ruin the finish.

How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery takes up to five business days. We will send you a tracking number so you can see where it is.

Does it need waxing?
Yes, give it a wax once or twice a year if you want to keep the wood from drying out. Use a clear beeswax and a soft cloth.

Will the colour fade in the sun?
If you put it right next to a sunny window, the wood will naturally fade over time. Move it away from direct sunlight if you want to avoid this.

What if it arrives damaged?
We pack them well, but if the courier drops it, let us know. We will swap it out or fix it under our guarantee.

Is a 50cm wide table big enough for a living room?
It is plenty of space for a lamp and a mug, but measure your sofa arm height first. At 55cm tall, it fits nicely beside most standard chairs.

Why should I buy a fully assembled oak table instead of flat-pack?
Flat-pack tables use cheap dowels that loosen every time you nudge them. This one is built with proper joints in our workshop so it will not wobble.

Will the wood grain look exactly like the picture?
No, because trees do not grow in identical patterns. Your table will have its own unique knots and grain lines.

How do I match this oak table with my existing darker pine furniture?
Do not try to match them perfectly because you cannot. Just mix them; different wood tones actually look more natural together than a matching showroom set.

How can I use a round table to make a small room feel larger?
Round tables do not have sharp corners, which helps people move around them easily in tight spaces. It keeps the floor plan looking less cluttered.

How do I fix a minor scratch on the finish myself?
Rub a bit of fine wire wool gently along the grain over the scratch, then apply a small amount of clear wax or furniture oil. It should blend right back in.
