We make these with solid oak and a bit of real oak veneer where it makes sense for stability. They come fully assembled because I refuse to let you waste three hours of your Saturday squinting at a tiny hex key. They are built to survive kids kicking the legs and people leaning back at the dinner table.

Wood has knots, splits, and colour variations. Every single chair we ship out looks slightly different from the next one. We put a light lacquer on them to stop your spilt gravy from sinking into the grain immediately, but you still need to wipe up spills quickly.

Do not try to match the wood exactly. Let the darker oak stand out as a deliberate contrast against lighter woods.

These have high backs, so leave some physical space between them. Do not crowd too many around a tiny table.

What should I do if I get a minor scratch on the frame?
Get a wax repair crayon that matches the natural colour. Rub it into the scratch and buff it with a dry cloth.
